0844 Number

With an 0844 number, your customers pay 4.26ppm (from a BT phone) to call you from anywhere in the UK. This number can also be dialled from overseas at a standard international call rate.

It is commonly used as the main contact number for your company, to give you a national presence.

0800 Freephone

0800 is frequently used for high-value sales calls, for attracting responses to advertising campaigns, or when a high standard of customer service is important.

An 0800 number is used when you are prepared to pay the cost of incoming calls. 0800 enables customers to call in to your company for free.

Using an 0800 Freephone number with Call Navigator™ gives you access to all our standard call management facilities.


01/02 Geographic Numbers/Major City and Town numbers:

You can use a Geographic Number to give callers the impression that you are based in a particular location/s. This may give you more opportunities for capturing local business from callers wishing to trade with local companies. Using multiple geographic numbers gives the impression that your company has a large UK network of offices, even if you are actually based in a single location or overseas.

Using a Geographic Number with Call Navigator™ gives you access to all our standard call management facilities. It is used when you are prepared to pay the cost of incoming calls.


090 Premium Rate

Using Call Navigator™ with an 090 Premium Rate number means that you can receive unlimited simultaneous call on a single number. Therefore you can earn significantly more than ordinary premium rate services, which typically offer no call management facilities.

090 Premium Rate numbers are charged at from 20p to £1.50 per minute (including VAT) and you receive up to 86% of the ex-VAT revenue. View charging
